We honor and respect our Veterans and first responders and we want to give them the best possible discount for their service to our country. In this day and age there are so many keyboard warriors out there and they dishonor our troops with stolen valor, so we have to take the necessary steps to weed them out… With that being said we must verify the identity of our customers receiving our military and first responder discount. Your information is kept secure and disregarded after verification.

INSTRUCTIONS

You may black out any confidential information except your name, branch & rank. You must submit your CAC, DD214, LE/EMS/FIRE CREDS in the first attachment field, the second attachment field must have a self portrait of your state issued ID or passport with a piece of paper that says “STC & the Date” this will show us that you yourself took the photo on the current day with your ID which will match your military ID.
